Why won’t my Amazon Fresh voucher work on my order?

The most common reason is that the order isn’t a Fresh order. The voucher only covers products in Amazon Fresh, so items from the wider Amazon store won’t accept it/ Keep your Fresh shopping separate, and check on Amazon’s voucher page that the code was added to your account in the first place.

On Amazon’s voucher page, not at the payment screen. Add the code there first and it goes into your account balance. When you check out on Amazon Fresh, that balance shows up as a payment option to select.

Can I use it anywhere on Amazon?

No. It’s limited to Amazon Fresh, so it won’t work on electronics, fashion or general Amazon shopping and it isn’t valid on the Amazon Business marketplace. For those, you’d need a different Amazon voucher.
