Is Battle.net Balance the same as Blizzard Balance?

Only a US account. Battle.net Balance cards are region-locked, so this US card has to be redeemed on a Battle.net account whose country of residence is set to the United States. If your account is set to another country, you will see an error saying the code cannot be claimed in your region, and cross-region codes are not refundable.
