  These terms and conditions apply to Cult Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Pine Labs Limited (Pine Labs). Pine labs is a company organized under the laws of India and is the issuer of Gift cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.

  Gift Card Purchase and Redemption:The gift card can be redeemed for any services, fitness products, or any other offerings provided by Cult.fit and/or Cult.sport.Once you redeem your gift card, The gift card balance will be credited to the wallet provided by cult.fit and/or cult.sport which can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card has expired.Gift cards may only be purchased in denominations from Rs. 1 to Rs. 10,000 or such other limits as Pine Labs may determine.

  Gift Card Expiry and Refund:The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of its purchase.The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be provided for any unused balance on the gift card.The gift card validity can be extended, based on request.
