Valorant Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the purchase, redemption, and use of Valorant gift cards. These cards are issued under the authority of Riot Games, Inc. and are subject to all applicable platform, account, and service policies governing the Valorant ecosystem.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Valorant gift card, you acknowledge and agree to these T&C. Redemption also requires compliance with the Riot Games Terms of Service and the Valorant-specific gameplay and community policies.

Eligibility

Gift Card Value and Expiry

Each Valorant gift card provides Valorant Points (VP) or other in-game benefits corresponding to its denomination. Gift cards do not expire unless required under applicable regional law.

Redemption and Usage

Gift cards must be redeemed through the official Riot Games redemption portal or other authorized platforms. Once redeemed, the credited Valorant Points become non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or non-Riot items.

Refunds and Cancellations

All Valorant gift card purchases are final. Cards cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged after issuance. Users who face technical issues during redemption must contact Riot Games Support with the relevant information.

Fraud and Unauthorized Use

Cards that are stolen, lost, altered, duplicated, or obtained through fraudulent means may be suspended or voided without notice. Riot Games enforces strict anti-fraud, anti-cheat, and security measures to maintain platform integrity.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, artwork, logos, agents, characters, and content associated with Valorant are the property of Riot Games, Inc. or their respective rights holders. Usage of these assets must follow all applicable copyright and brand guidelines.

Liability Limitation

Valorant gift cards and related services are provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. Riot Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of gift cards.

Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, or other applicable jurisdictions. All disputes must be resolved under the appropriate legal framework.

Updates to T&C

Riot Games may update, modify, or revise these T&C at any time without prior notice. Continued redemption or usage after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
