Where can I use my Zomato gift card?

On food orders and dining payments through Zomato. Once the balance is in your Zomato Money, you can spend it on food delivery from restaurants on the app and on dining out payments where Zomato handles the bill. You can’t use it to buy other gift cards.

Can I use it along with a Zomato coupon or offer?

Yes. You can combine Zomato Money with promo codes and other payment methods, so you can apply a valid Zomato offer and still pay with your gift card balance. If a coupon brings the total down, your balance covers what’s left and you pay anything above it another way.

Do I have to spend it all at once?

No. The balance sits in your Zomato Money and is used order by order until it runs out. If you load more than one gift card, Zomato uses the balance with the earliest expiry date first, so nothing goes to waste. Any order above your balance is topped up with another payment method.

Can I move the balance to another account or get cash back?

No. Once you claim the card, the balance stays with that Zomato account. You can’t transfer it to a different account, reload it or exchange it for cash, so claim it on the account you actually order from.
