Midnight Hunters: Vampires Take Over Erangel

Midnight Hunters is the headline mode of this BGMI latest update. Vampires now control Rozhok, Mylta, Quarry, and Gatka, and each area hides special missions. Your squad draws one guild mission per match, and finishing it pays more than the regular ones.

Bloodwalkers, Nightbats, and the Vampire Elder roam the map as PvE enemies. Kill the Elder first, since he buffs every monster near him. Scream Crates hold good loot but make a sound that gives away your position.

Bloodline Awakening Weekends

On select weekends, eliminated players return as vampires and hunt the survivors. Up to 20 vampires can share a match, each with four abilities. The final window runs from 16 October to 17 November.

Ocean Odyssey Returns With New Water Features

Ocean Odyssey, the underwater theme mode, returned to Erangel on 30 September and runs until 16 November. Classic Erangel also gets new water features such as:

• A Portable Inflatable Boat you can deploy on water and pick up again.
• Channel Buoys near the Military Base that offer temporary safety.
• Floating Supply Crates you can swim over and loot.

Meet Kiaraa: BGMI's First Original Indian Character

KRAFTON India's in-house art team built Kiaraa exclusively for Indian players, and she arrives on 8 October. Anamika came first in 2025, but Kiaraa adds her own lore, location, and boss fight.

Her home is the Bazaar, a Diwali-themed spot and BGMI's second India-themed location after the Stepwell. Light four peacock-shaped lamps in its courtyard to start Kiaraa's Test. A glowing dome then forms a Boss Fight Zone. She fights with bow-and-arrow barrages, and squads that beat her earn high-tier loot.

Kiaraa Nakshatra Spin and Diwali Prize Path

The Kiaraa Nakshatra Spin holds her Nakshatra Set, an upgradable Divine Radiance SCAR-L and the Divine Peacock Glider. An Exchange Center, Arena challenges, and daily login rewards arrive with her too.

The Diwali Prize Path runs from 22 October to 15 November. It is BGMI's first India-only Prize Path, with 20 reward tiers and the Diwali Gold Set as a highlight.
