Best Animus in Etheria Restart You Should Build Right Now

Some animus in Etheria Restart are so good that they are talked about globally across all game modes. Many of them have been borderline broken right from the get-go, while some have received recent nerfs that help them shine out among the rest of the crew. See the best animus to build in Etheria: Restart below!

Plume

Plume is the best debuffer in the game, and it isn't close. Her attacks stack Curse Quill, a debuff that enemies can't cleanse. Every stack makes the target take more damage and move slower. Her big skill strips buffs and spreads DEF Down and Weakness across the enemy team. She also pushes your whole team's turn meter each time an enemy acts. Even at low skill levels, she does her job.

Plume

Lily

Lily makes one ally far stronger. Her Twin Trick buff marks a teammate, who gains turn meter after each of Lily's actions. That ally also joins her basic attacks. Her ultimate resets all their cooldowns and can delay enemy cooldowns too. The rest of the team still gets a SPD buff. In the arena, keep an eye on buff strippers like Heinrich.

Lily

Areal

Areal heals like a healer and buffs like a support. Her heals can crit, and every crit heal adds a Glintseed stack to that ally. Three stacks turn into a large ATK, DEF and SPD boost. She also hands out Soul Ward and CRIT DMG buffs, and cleanses allies as they act. Her weak spot is the lack of immunity, so heavy control teams can lock her down.

Areal

Diting

Diting is the best value in Etheria Restart. He's an SR, yet he sits at S+ for PvE. Each turn, he marks the enemy with the lowest HP percentage and gains a huge crit rate boost against it. Extra crit rate converts into crit damage, so gearing him is simple. He can also unlock Animetry Awaken, which adds upgrades once you max his skills.

Diting

Kynessa

Kynessa is an Apex Animus whose damage scales with her max HP rather than ATK. Her hits stack Dready on enemies. Enough stacks cut their healing, block turn meter gains, and finally stop buffs. That snowball makes her one of the scariest arena picks. In PvE, she ramps up too slowly to match the best burst carries.

Kynessa

Freya

Freya controls the turn order for both sides. Allies gain turn meter when they receive buffs, and debuffed enemies can lose it. Her Nightmare debuff raises damage taken and lets your attackers heal off their hits. She adds team ATK and DEF buffs on top. The drain isn't guaranteed, though, so she needs plenty of Effect ACC. Debuff immunity also shuts her down.

Freya

Massiah

Massiah is a burst DPS who handles single targets and groups equally well. His ultimate hits every enemy, ignores most of their DEF, and grants him a turn of Invincibility. Every kill grants Invincibility too, so he's hard to remove. His Constant element stays neutral against nearly every boss. He does fall off in long fights, which keeps him out of S+.

Massiah

Syen

Syen is a limited SSR striker from the Reason element, built for single targets. Stacking his Shouting Beast effect earns Mighty Beast, which grants an extra turn and an empowered skill. His finisher hits harder against wounded targets and resets all his cooldowns on a kill. On paper, that's strong. Test data on him is thin, so treat this spot as provisional.

Syen

Auroral Nell

Auroral Nell is an SR support from the Hollow element. Her exclusive effect raises the damage every ally deals. Her passive converts debuffs on allies into random basic buffs, once per ally every few enemy turns. Her basic attack can also speed up the whole team. That's a lot of value for an SR. Her spot may still move once players finish testing her.

Fund Your Etheria Restart Pulls With StanShop!

Hydra Crystals pay for most summons, and limited banners can drain them fast. On Android, you buy crystals through Google Play. A Google Play gift card loads a fixed balance, so your gacha budget can't quietly creep up. You also never need to save a bank card in the Play Store.

Playing the Steam version on PC? In-game purchases there come out of your Steam Wallet. A Steam Wallet gift card does the same job. These codes sell out from time to time, so grab one when it's in stock.

Both cards are on StanShop, and the code reaches your email and Orders page right after payment. You can pay with UPI, cards, or net banking. Log in before checkout, since signed-in users often see better discounts. Every order also earns StanShop coins for your next buy. For other games, browse the full range of gaming gift cards.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who is the best Animus in Etheria Restart?

Plume. She ranks S+ in both PvE and PvP and fits almost any team. Lily and Areal sit right behind her, and both also hold S+ in both modes.

2. Who should I reroll for in Etheria Restart?

Aim for Plume first. Liliam or Yeli make the best second pick for damage. Skip Lily during rerolls, because new accounts can usually choose her from the day-two LD selector.

3. Is Diting good in Etheria Restart?

Yes, for PvE. Diting is an SR who ranks S+ for boss fights, and he can unlock an Animetry Awaken upgrade. In the arena, he drops to D because he's fragile and easy to control.

4. Should I pull for Syen?

Only if you need a single-target carry and have crystals to spare. His kit looks strong on paper, but his placement is still provisional. If his banner has time left, wait for more test results before you commit.

5. Is Gray worth building in Etheria Restart?

Gray is a free tutorial SR who ranks B in PvE and D in PvP. He's fine for early story stages. Once you land a better debuffer, use an Animus Reconfigure event to move his investment elsewhere.

6. How often does the Etheria Restart tier list change?

It shifts with every new Animus and balance patch. New units arrive every few weeks during a season, and bigger balance changes usually land when a new season starts. Check back after each patch.
