Question 1

What is included in the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition?

Accepted Answer

The Premium Edition is the base game plus the season's launch content: the Car Pass, which adds cars over time; both game expansions; the Time Attack and Italian Passion packs; VIP membership; and the Welcome Pack of starter cars and rewards. It also grants up to four days of early access, so Premium owners can play before the standard release date. It is the most complete single purchase of the game at launch. Content added later in the game's life, beyond these packs, would be separate.

Question 2

Does one code really work on both Xbox and PC for Forza Horizon 6?

Accepted Answer

Yes, because Forza Horizon 6 uses Xbox Play Anywhere. When you redeem this Microsoft code on your account, the game and its Premium content become available on both your Xbox console and your Windows PC at no extra cost, as long as you sign in with the same Microsoft account on each. There is one limit to know: you cannot play on both systems at the same time using that one account. Otherwise, you get both versions from the single purchase.

Question 3

Do the two expansions come with it, or do I pay extra later?

Accepted Answer

They come with it, at no extra cost. The Premium Edition includes the Expansions Bundle, which covers Expansion 1 and Expansion 2. These release after the game's launch rather than all at once, and the bundle gives you automatic access to each one as it arrives. So there is nothing more to buy for them later. When an expansion becomes available, it unlocks on your account because the Premium Edition already includes it.

Question 4

What does the early access actually give me?

Accepted Answer

The Premium Edition includes up to four days of early access, which lets you start playing ahead of the standard release date rather than waiting for launch day. Once you are in, it is the full game, not a limited preview, so your progress and cars carry straight through to and beyond the standard launch. For players who want to be racing from the earliest possible moment, the early access is one of the main reasons to choose the Premium Edition over the cheaper ones.

Question 5

Can I give it as a gift, or move it to another account later?

Accepted Answer

You can give it as a gift, but only before it is redeemed. Hand the unredeemed code to the person and let them enter it on their own Microsoft account, and the game becomes theirs. What you cannot do is move it after redemption. Once a code is redeemed, the game is tied to that Microsoft account, so never redeem a code you plan to give to someone else.
