No, it's for in-store use. Take your code and PIN to any GRT Jewelers showroom in India and use it at the billing counter. It isn't redeemable on the GRT website.

Can I buy silver jewelry with a GRT Jewelers gift card ?

No. The card can be used for gold, diamond and platinum jewelry, but not for silver. If silver is what you want, this isn't the right card for it

How long is the gift card valid ?

12 months from the date of issue, with the exact date shown on your order page. Once it expires, any unused value is gone and can't be extended or refunded.

Can I use more than one card, or use it during a sale ?

Yes to both. Up to 10 GRT gift cards can go towards the same bill, and the value can be combined with GRT's ongoing offers and discounts, so a sale is a good time to use it.

What if my bill is more than the card value?

Accepted Answer

Pay the difference by another method at the counter. The card can't be exchanged for cash, reloaded or resold, and if your bill is less than the card value, the unused amount isn't refunded, so aim to use the full value in one go.
