Question 1

Can I use the Reliance Digital gift card online?

Accepted Answer

No, it only works in stores. You can't use it on the Reliance Digital website or app. Take your card number and PIN to any Reliance Digital, iStore or RDX outlet and pay at the counter. Try it online and the payment won't go through.

Question 2

Can I buy Apple, Sony, OnePlus or Motorola products with this card?

Accepted Answer

Some versions of this card don't cover certain premium brands like Apple, Sony, OnePlus or Motorola. If you're buying it mainly for one of those, confirm if it's allowed before you pay. For most other brands, across phones, laptops, TVs, home appliances and accessories, it works as normal.

Question 3

How do I check my Reliance Digital gift card balance?

Accepted Answer

Head to the CRM desk at any Reliance Digital store and they'll tell you the balance and expiry date. Keep your card number handy. There's no online balance checker for this card, so the store desk is your only way to check.

Question 4

How long is my Reliance Digital gift card valid?

Accepted Answer

12 months from the day it's issued. Once it expires, any leftover balance is gone, so use it up before then.

Question 5

What if my bill is more than the card value?

Accepted Answer

That's fine. Pay the extra with cash, card or another method at the counter. Just remember the card itself can't be turned into cash; it only covers purchases at Reliance Digital.
